Studio Note

Building in the hills isn't building on a flat lot with a roof added — every plot across Himachal Pradesh has a slope, a drainage line, a wind direction and a neighbour's retaining wall to answer to.

ArrcBuild was started in Sihunta, Chamba in 2013 and has since designed and built for clients across Himachal Pradesh — from Chamba and Kangra to the wider hill districts. Terraced foundations instead of blind excavation, local stone and deodar detailing where they earn their place, and drawings that a mountain contractor can actually build from. We design, estimate and construct — so the building on site matches the one on paper.
